Returns process
RETURNS
We provide complimentary return labels for all orders returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please get in touch with Maktoub customer service at contact@maktoub.co with your order number to get instructions for the return.
You’ll get a returns label and invoice to attach to the outside of your package – the returns label expires after 10 days, so send your return back before then. Make sure items are in an unmarked condition and in their original packaging.
You can then book a collection or take your return to your local drop-off location, following the instructions included in the email you’ve received.
RESIDENCE OUTSIDE EU
If you live outside the EU, you must attach the invoice included in the returns email to the outside of your package, in order to clear customs. Maktoub cannot be held responsible for returns sent back with incomplete paperwork.
We reserve the right to reject your return if it shows signs of wear – so please try on your items carefully and indoors.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns received outside of the return period. We’ll send it back or issue you with store credit.
Once your return gets back to our warehouse and has been checked by our team, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear in your account.

If you use your own return label, we’ll be unable to refund any original postage paid.
If you return your items to us at your own cost, we’ll be unable to refund the amount and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
